Workshop 1 of 3
Start with your hardest problem
Claude interviews you until your reserve’s most pressing problem is clear, then you check its work against your own documents.
- You need
- The Claude app on the web or desktop. Nothing to install.
- You leave with
- A one-page statement of your reserve’s most pressing problem, and a short pitch to whoever could help solve it.
Workshop 2 of 3
Give Claude your place
You set up Claude Code on your own computer and build a folder of your place’s knowledge that Claude reads at the start of every session.
- You need
- The Claude desktop app and a Pro plan, installed before the day.
- You leave with
- A glossary of your place’s names and terms, and one record rescued from a PDF or dashboard.
Workshop 3 of 3
Make it run without you
You write a skill of your own and set up a check that runs every morning while you’re away.

- Workshop 2, or your own knowledge folder already set up.
- You leave with
- Your own skill, and a check that runs on a schedule.
